Mr Alan Bunting

Mr Alan Bunting joined the company as the Assistant Finance Director in July 2020.

Alan has extensive experience in Finance and Administration. His previous appointment lasted 23 years where he assisted in transitioning a private company to an ASX Listed public company. As the Group Financial Controller for the last 11 years, he was responsible for meeting all of the financial and administrative requirements in the Australian office, the preparation of the half-year and Annual reporting packages, and the Annual report for the Multinational Group. He also worked with the Company Secretary to ensure ASIC and ASX statutory compliance.

Alan has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Victoria University and has been a CPA for over 30 years.

In addition to working with Canthera Discovery, Alan’s expertise and skills are outsourced to our commercial collaborator Oncology One Pty Ltd to provide capability and knowledge to support their business.
