In specific cases, we will partner with commercial entities to move programs forward into clinical development.
Canthera Discovery has executed four preclinical licensing deals and three multi-year research collaborations with pharmaceutical companies.
Two of the programs that originated in the Cancer Therapeutics CRC which were licensed to commercial partners have progressed to clinical trials.
- Amplia Therapeutics has successfully completed a Phase 1 trial of AMP945, and is in the recruitment phase for its Phase 2 ACCENT clinical trial for pancreatic cancer.
- Pfizer has taken the KAT6 program into Phase 1 clinical trials for the potential treatment of breast cancer.
